Terms of Service

What you get

A custom coded website built for Google and AI search, Google Business Profile ranking work, listings across 40+ directories, review outreach to your past customers, 52 social posts a year, a monthly rank report, and a lead alert tool that texts or emails you when someone submits your form.

Price and billing

$500 per month. No setup fee. Billed monthly in advance through Stripe, starting the day you buy. The $500 scholarship rate applies to HVAC companies with 30 or fewer employees. Our standard rate is $899 per month.

No contract

There is no minimum term. Cancel any time by emailing us. Cancellation stops future billing. We do not refund the current month, and service runs through the end of the period you paid for.

Timeline

Onboarding takes about one week once you return our intake form. Text messaging features depend on mobile carrier approval, which is outside our control and can take one to three weeks.

What we need from you

• Access to your Google Business Profile
• Your logo, photos, and business details
• A completed intake form
• Timely replies when we ask for something

Delays on your side move the timeline.

Who owns what

You own your content, your logo, your domain, your Google Business Profile, and your customer data. The website we build is yours while your account is active. If you cancel, we hand over the site files on request. We keep ownership of our own templates, code libraries, and processes.

What we do not promise

We cannot guarantee any specific ranking, traffic level, call volume, or revenue. Google, Meta, and mobile carriers change their rules on their own schedule. We do the work described above and report honestly on the results.

Acceptable use

You confirm your business is properly licensed and that everything you give us is accurate and yours to use. We may end service for illegal activity, fraud, or abuse of our team.

Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will email you before it takes effect. Continuing service after that means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Disputes are handled in Arizona courts.
